Earthworks and Groundworks in one package at Leicester

Greenfisher Contracting have been showing some of their full capabilities for a key client in Leicester, preparing a site for a set of three new units with 126 parking spaces, in a contract worth in excess of £750,000.

The ~11,000m2 project included over 3,000m3 cut to fill, 15% CBR soil stabilisation, geotextile and aggregate supply and placement, and off-site disposal of surplus unsuitable materials.

On the groundworks side, we also supplied, installed, and backfilled three attenuation tanks, carried out the foul and surface water drainage installation, and dug and poured the concrete foundations for all three units.

Being able to carry out both packages allowed for a safer and more efficient project, which suited both ourselves and our client!
